Ryan Gosling and his "The Place Beyond The Pines" co-star, Eva Mendes, got cozy on set as they filmed scenes in the early morning hours.

The bleach blonde Gosling, who debuted his lighter hue last month, had his arm draped around Mendes while sitting on his motorbike in front of the Route 7 Diner in Latham, New York.

Bradley Cooper signed on in early June to join Mendes and Gosling, playing a rookie cop and Gosling's rival. The Derek Ciafrance film is set to be released in 2013.
